When they are "on" it is some of the best food on the water. The problem is that the next time you go it will be terrible food and service. We live in the same cove and have gone a bunch of times hoping for them to be "on". More likely than not they fail. We have had our entire meal for a group comped more than once since it was so screwed up. We really wanted a good place to go less than 1 minute from us. Very bummed.

Amazing food, fresh food ,good drink prices ..that were actually stiff! Plenty of cold beer on tap ! Nice gift shop and market inside! Fishing dock! entertainment they had a pro jet boot operating doing flips in the cove and putting on a show. Many water toys and Boat and jetski rentals on the dock! Area for kids to play with water trampoline. We had a blast every time we came here. Best food I have had on the water ! Seafood bucket and pizza were my favorites! Other reviews below on here were far from my experience. Seams like they are little nit picky. Cant wait for this summer to stay in Ozarks again and stop by on the boat !

Worst gas service on the lake, waited for a half hour and never got help. Had a lot of employees but only one person pumping while the rest just talked and waited around

There are way to many places to eat on the lake to serve common food. My party stopped for drinks and appetizers. We ordered 2 orders of their nachos...pork/$14 and chicken/$12. Pretty pricey nachos buts that's ok if they are good....these weren't so much. Way overpriced for chips, a few pieces of meat, a small amount of cheeses and some black olives. The dryest Nachos ever. It came with either a side of sour cream or pico de gallo...they were out of sour cream so we asked for pico de gallo and the waitress literally gave us a tablespoon of de gallo..... Really? We also ordered some bbq sauce too but it never came. Nachos Overboard.... More like dry Nacho's. We paid for this? What a joke. We won't ever go back AND we will be spreading the word locally since we have a condo at lick branch cove. Please don't serve us mediocre food. We come to eat and we are willing to pay for good food, but this just makes me angry.

Ok. So we are vacationing at the lake and while getting gas at the dam, one of the employees there said we should check out the breakfast at Momma's. It is early enough, so we go for it. We make it there and the four of us actually have a fabulous breakfast! The place was not crowded. There were two other tables of people. Two in our group had biscuits and gravy. The other two had the scrambled egg platter. All thought the food was worthy. Service was fast and thorough. In itself, that experience warranted a five star experience. But sadly, that is not where this story ends. The next day, my daughter and her girlfriend came to the lake to enjoy the 4th with the family. Since our breakfast was such a good experience, we thought we would take them there for dinner. Our mistake. We got there at 815. It took them about 5 mins to seat us as a party was getting ready to leave. We ordered drinks. 2 mixed, a beer & 3 waters. It was cold so I went to get jackets out of the car and while I was gone the waitress came back and took our order. 4 sammies, a hamburger, & a pasta dish . Our drinks had still not arrived. By the time our drinks arrived, they were so apologetic that they said , the next round was on them. We knew they were busy and thought nothing of the inconvenience. An hour later, we were 3 drinks in with no food to show for it. It was now 930. Grandpa was worried that his grandkids were not happy. Everone's stomach was growling and we were all grumpy. When someone from our party complained, they were not happy with the flippant way it was responded to. So after discussing it among the group we decided it best to leave. We settled up. We were a little disappointed that they decided to charge us for two rounds. As often as they came by apologizing and asking if they could get us anything for free, I guess we felt that at least another round should be compt. Don't matter. We paid. With little complaining. But, Man, the crew was NOT happy. I really don't think we will be back to Momma's. Sad, but we were actually thinking of reserving a spot for next year in the condo. That won't happen now. The owner was actually rude to us. No more business from us.
